Suppose we had a file of bowling scores and the names of the people who made each score.  The file's name is bowling.txt   The form for each line of the file is:

FirstName LastName Score

The scores were collected from a bowling tournament.  We want to display the name of each bowler who scored within 10 points of the winner of the tournament as an honorable mention for their performance.  How can we write such a program?
