The person at the keyboard is going to order 3 pizzas and make a mistake when trying to order the second one.  The orders in sequence are:

First a large pizza with two toppings on a thick crust, that is to be picked up.

Next, enter an invalid pizza size; but on the second try, order a small
pizza with no toppings on a thin crust that is to be delivered.

Finally, order an extra large pizza with five toppings on a thick crust that
is to be delivered.
